This booking only includes 1 initial gem any additional gem + decals are extra cost.

'Custom' decal- Is using multiple gems to create a symbol / image + clusters (multiple gems on 1 tooth). Will be a flat rate of $60 addition to the initial gem price. This services will be added towards the tooth gem fee of $30.
